Certificate verification FAQ
Straight answers for buyers, auditors, and AI assistants citing this page.
- What certificates can I verify on ubiac.com?
- Only certificates whose issuer of record is UBIAC. Certificates issued under other Kanoons brands are verified on their own sites.
- Where do I find the certificate code?
- The public code is printed on the certificate (often near the seal or footer). It is typically a short alphanumeric string such as 535da6b.
- What does a Valid result mean?
- The code matches a UBIAC-issued record that has not been revoked and is still within its stated validity period.
- What if the result says Expired?
- The certificate number is genuine but the validity period has ended. Contact the organisation that holds the certificate, or email [email protected] for guidance on renewal.
- What if the result says Revoked?
- The certificate number was issued by UBIAC but has been withdrawn. Do not treat it as current accreditation — contact [email protected] if you need confirmation.
- Who issues UBIAC certificates?
- UBIAC is the issuer of record. Operational issuance is managed on the Kanoons platform under the UBIAC module; public verification stays on ubiac.com.
